The following terms and conditions are accepted by participants and are considered as legally binding upon registration.

1 Registration requirements
The registration form must be completed in full and sent to the promoter or to the appointed organizer (TEMA AG). Registration is not deemed to have been acknowledged by the promoter until a confirmation email has been sent to the participant.

The registration is considered binding until the promoter has issued notification regarding admission or non-admission. Receipt of registration will be confirmed in the form of an email.

2 Registration deadline
Since demand may exceed the number of places available, early registration is recommended.

4 Dates and times
The exhibition rooms will be open each day for 60 minutes before the start of the event and for 30 minutes after the event from May 30, 2016 to May 31st 2016.

5 Terms of payment
The total amount of the participation fee is due on the date specified on the invoice. If payment is not made until the due date, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Failure to pay the invoice precludes participation in the event. Non-attendance does not however cancel the obligation to pay the participation fee.

6 Cancellations
Cancellation of the legally binding participation registration must be received in writing by the promoter up to two months before the start of the event. In this case, a cancellation charge of 50% of the participation fee will be required. If cancellation is received later, the full fee will be charged.

7 Surveillance of the event venue
The promoter will not be providing any general surveillance of the event venue.

8 Disclaimer of liability or insurance
The promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or other adverse effects which occur in the course of the presentation event. The same applies to any fault on the part of third parties, e.g. vicarious agents of the promoter and so on.  This exclusion of liability also applies to fault on the part of the promoter.

9 Image rights, text and image material
The promoter will take photographs of the event for documentation purposes. Upon registration, participants consent to the use of these images without restriction and in all media. The recording of the presentations in whole or in part by participants is not permitted.
Speakers agree to their submitted text and photographic material being used by the promoter and the organizer.

11 Changes
The promoter reserves the right to slightly modify the content of the event, to use replacement speakers and also to reschedule times and change locations.

12 Place of performance and court of jurisdiction
German law applies exclusively. Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.
